Silver Gordon

Silver Tree Gordon is a consulting and testifying expert witness with more than twenty five years of experience in nightlife operations, venue security, and regulated substance environments. His background spans ownership, executive leadership, and operational control across high occupancy bars, nightclubs, and entertainment venues throughout the United States. This experience allows him to evaluate negligent security, use of force, and violence related incidents through a real world operational lens.

Before serving as an expert witness, Silver held senior executive roles overseeing security staffing, policy development, and incident response for multi location hospitality organizations. He personally authored security training programs focused on de escalation, conflict intervention, and patron safety.

Silver is retained by plaintiff and defense counsel to review incident materials, assess security practices, prepare expert opinions, and provide deposition testimony in cases involving assaults, crowd control failures, and venue security breakdowns nationwide.
